New Year, New Cooking Class!


Explore the beauty of braising.
There is no better way to warm up those you love than cooking a nice piece of meat slowly for hours. The aroma of onions and garlic melting as you deglaze with a simple red wine will fill your home with comfort.

In this class we will learn all you need to know to create a fabulous inauguration feast or a romantic Valentines day tryst.

Basics in Braising:
-Beef Short Ribs vs. Duck Breasts
-Blood Orange Braised Endive with Rosemary
-Risotto: Proper use of this wonderful rice and extra recipes to take home
-Chocolate Mousse Creme Brulee
